BOUGHTON’S COFFEE house MAGAZINE | FEATURES
ABOUT
I am one of the resident feature writers for Boughton’s Coffee House magazine, one of the leading trade magazines in print and online for the UK specialty coffee and tea industry. My features involve interviewing some of the biggest names and brands in the industry, from world-champion baristas to award-winning roasters, as well as people involved in much smaller operations and charitable causes related to coffee. I follow industry trends, gather insights and stay connected to the specialty coffee and tea worlds. Writing these features is always a joy; as a tea and coffee enthusiast who spends a ridiculous amount of time in independent coffee shops, it’s something that suits me to a T (or should that be ‘tea’?!)
OTHER COFFEE PROJECTS
Alongside Boughton’s Coffee House, I contribute to the Independent Coffee Guide book series. These books act as a directory of specialty coffee shops across the UK - a must-have in the glove compartments of fellow coffee nerds. I’ve also worked on projects with coffee shops looking to boost their profile through my content planning, web copy, social media strategy and consultancy services.
